About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of the guest experience, welcoming and thanking guests while exceeding service expectations. Your focus is on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will empower guests to make their shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up locations.

No two days are ever the same in this role. You will blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve concerns. You will adapt to different guest interactions, promote current promos and store activities, and ensure guests are aware of the benefits of Target Loyalty programs. Whether you are scanning items efficiently, managing returns, or guiding guests on how to use the Target App and Drive-Up features, your goal is to create a welcoming environment where every guest feels happy to have chosen Target.
