The Role
As a Small Format Team Member, no two days are ever the same. You will provide exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs. You'll work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock, while assisting with truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining brand standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to build skills in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and process efficiency.
