About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a pivotal leadership role designed to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Working under the direction of the Store Manager, you will assist in supervising store employees, managing merchandise presentation, handling paperwork, and preparing deposits. This role is dynamic; you will actively perform stocking and cashiering functions to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets and reducing losses. It is a position where you will step up to manage the store in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.
