Group Leaders for after-school programs serve as active instructional assistants, guiding students through a variety of subject areas and activities. This role is designed to support a safe, engaging, and educational environment where students can thrive after school hours. Leaders work collaboratively with co-workers to manage classroom instruction, supervise transitions, and foster positive behavior, ensuring a seamless experience for every child.
The position requires a flexible schedule, typically spanning three hours daily between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Exact hours may vary by location, and the role includes participation in training sessions and special events outside of regular work hours.
