About the Role
Group Leaders serve as active instructional assistants for after-school programs, fostering a safe and engaging environment for students. This role is designed to support classroom learning across various subjects while ensuring the well-being of students during transitions, snack time, and dismissal. Leaders are expected to collaborate professionally with co-workers and demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in their daily interactions.
Availability and Commitment
Positions require availability Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with shifts generally lasting three hours. Exact hours may vary by location. Additionally, all positions require attendance for training sessions and special events that may occur outside of regular work hours.
