The Ground Service Agent operates in a fast-paced environment, performing critical activities on the airport ramp to keep flights running smoothly and safely. This role is essential to the daily rhythm of the airport, requiring a blend of physical stamina, operational precision, and a commitment to safety. You will be the face of the airline for many travelers, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values: owning safety, doing the right thing, being caring and kind, and delivering performance.
To join our team, candidates must be able to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a USPS Mail Handling Certification and an airport security clearance (SIDA badge).
