About the Role

As a Ground Operations Specialist (Groundsperson) on our General Tree Care Team, you will work outdoors on beautiful residential and commercial properties in the Grand Rapids area. You will join a safety-first, well-equipped, and professionally trained team, supporting pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other essential tree care services. Your day will involve operating chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and rigging equipment while assisting climbers and crew leaders on job sites. Beyond the technical work, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
