About the Role

Are you looking to use your pilot experience to support and protect heroes? As a Senior Pilot, you will lead complex missions and provide strategic direction in operational planning and execution. In this position, you will oversee junior pilots, ensuring their continuous professional development while performing advanced piloting duties in various scenarios, including experimental test flights and special mission training. You will serve as the primary point of contact for mission-critical communication, liaise with engineering teams to resolve technical issues, and review flight data for continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves ensuring mission readiness through detailed planning and risk assessment, while monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations. You will also participate in strategic planning and operational decision-making processes, contributing directly to the success of high-stakes missions.
