About the Role
As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be a vital part of our growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork, and innovation. In this part-time, first-shift role based in Georgetown, KY, you will maintain technical competency and utilize complex problem-solving skills to resolve clinical and instrument issues. Your day will involve evaluating procedures, choosing appropriate investigative techniques, and identifying problems that may affect test results. You will act as a guardian of quality, determining specimen acceptability, documenting issues, and communicating effectively with coworkers and customers to manage delays or resolve technical challenges.
