Founded in 1917, Guest Services has earned a reputation as the premier hospitality management company and National Park Service concessionaire in the United States. We take great pride in providing best-in-class services across a wide variety of client sites, including luxury communities, hotels, resorts, government dining facilities, full-service restaurants, state and national parks, marinas, museums, and university dining centers.
As a General Utility, you are the backbone of our facility's cleanliness and sanitation. Your mission is to ensure that all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and related food preparation items are meticulously cleaned and sanitized. Beyond the kitchen, you will maintain the service and dining areas, grounds, and housekeeping spaces to meet mandated health compliance requirements.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment that may include wet, slippery, hot, and damp conditions, as well as temperature extremes in freezers and grills. Your day involves a dynamic mix of tasks: washing dishes and cooking supplies, managing trash removal and replacement, clearing spills, and stocking condiments and supplies. You will also assist with loading and unloading inventory and organizing storerooms. Success in this position requires strong sanitation habits, the ability to recognize and report safety issues immediately, and a proactive approach to assisting customers and coworkers.
