About the Role
As a Dishwasher at Invited, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency of our culinary teams and the overall guest experience. You will work in a dynamic environment where supporting kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team culture is just as important as the technical tasks of the job.
In this position, you will not only manage the dishwashing area but also actively engage with our members and guests. You are expected to be proactive in delivering our "3-steps of service," addressing complaints professionally, and practicing effective service recovery. Your commitment to excellence in interactions with colleagues and members will help drive the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area including waste disposal
- check_circleAssist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils as needed
- check_circleMonitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
- check_circleAssist with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef
- check_circleAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally while notifying management
- check_circleParticipate in regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning appliances
- check_circleEnsure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning them to storage areas
- check_circleFollow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines for kitchen equipment and chemicals
Requirements

- verifiedPrior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role. Proficient communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
