About the Role

We are seeking a motivated general urologist to join our high-volume, growth-oriented practice. The market presents strong demand with limited competition, creating an excellent opportunity to build a busy practice quickly. While this is a general urology position, we can accommodate subspecialty interests, including female reconstruction and robotics. The group is collegial and seeks a strong cultural and clinical fit, operating with a high-efficiency model supported by AI technology and robust administrative staff.

In this role, you will step into an immediate patient volume with a strong referral base. Our mid-level providers manage hospital consults, rounding, and much of the day-to-day coordination, allowing you to focus primarily on procedural work. The practice model supports a high-volume environment of approximately 35-40 patients per day. Call coverage is 1:3 (with a goal of 1:5), taken on a weekly basis, with APPs assisting during call periods. Multiple clinic locations are available across the Phoenix area, including Goodyear, Glendale, and Gilbert, with flexibility on your primary site. You will have access to multiple hospitals and surgical facilities.

Partnership & Growth

This position offers a partnership track typically spanning two years, though this is flexible based on performance, with a $100k buy-in. Once a partner, you will have access to significant ancillary income opportunities, including an in-house pharmacy, office-based lab services, and a high-ROI Ambulatory Surgery Center. We are also launching a new Stone Center venture with strong projected returns, offering separate buy-in options.
