As the primary strategic business leader for this property, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from guest and employee satisfaction to financial performance and revenue generation. Your mission is to ensure the implementation of the Marriott Vacation Club brand service strategy, driving profitability while exceeding guest expectations. You will serve as the vital link between the property leadership team, Condominium Owner Boards (COB), and the broader Marriott organization, ensuring that brand positioning and business goals are achieved collaboratively.
This role demands a leader who can build owner loyalty through proactive communication and transparent expectation management. By walking the property daily and engaging directly with owners and guests, you will gather critical feedback to refine service levels and product quality, ensuring the property remains a premier destination.
Your day involves a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on management. You will analyze business results and financial reports to identify areas for improvement, working closely with the executive committee to develop effective strategies. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to managing relationships with Condominium Owner Associations, overseeing legal compliance, and guiding budget and reserve funding decisions.
You will champion brand initiatives and partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive ancillary revenue and capture new market opportunities. From reviewing GSS scores to ensuring sanitation standards are met across all public and kitchen areas, your oversight ensures operational excellence. You will also lead human resource activities, from hiring executive committee members to facilitating cross-training and professional development for the entire team, ensuring a supportive and equitable work environment.
