As a shift leader, you will set the tone for the entire team by strictly adhering to all policies and procedures. Your role involves overseeing cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence among your crew.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on operations and strategic management. You will operate equipment, prepare products, and manage ingredient stock to ensure seamless service. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to receiving and processing phone orders, maintaining inventory levels, and completing necessary paperwork.
Beyond daily operations, you will play a key role in team development and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include training new staff, creating schedules, managing staffing needs, and ensuring the facility and equipment are cleaned and maintained daily. You will also focus on food management and maintaining a perfect image for the brand, all while delivering great customer service.
