About the Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will be the face of Panera, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This position offers an amazing opportunity to begin developing your skills in catering and sales while launching an exciting career with us.
You will work as an integral part of the Café team, ensuring our delicious food is delivered on time and with accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the Catering Coordinator with the entire catering order process—from order taking through delivery—and promptly following up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient manner. Success in this role requires the ability to work well under pressure and resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
This is a Monday through Friday position, though some weekend availability is required to meet business needs.
