This position is essential for ensuring our event spaces are prepared to the highest standards. You will be responsible for setting up rooms, audio-visual equipment, dance floors, and stages according to the banquet event order. Your work ensures that every meeting and celebration runs smoothly from the moment guests arrive.\n You will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Banquet Captain, and Catering Sales Manager to ensure event setup expectations are properly executed. Additionally, you will break down and clean all meeting rooms after events conclude, properly storing and organizing tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment. Maintaining a consistent cleaning schedule for meeting rooms is also key to ensuring they remain presentable for site visits and walk-throughs.
