About the Role
As a General Manager, you will lead a talented team to drive results and create an amazing experience for both patients and associates every single day. This role is responsible for the overall success, sales, and profitability of the store. You will manage all aspects of operations, from financial performance and team leadership to merchandising, training, and patient care.
You will set the tone for a positive, high-energy environment where exceptional service and teamwork thrive. By partnering with the Doctor, you ensure every patient receives the highest level of care. Your leadership will guide associates to deliver outstanding customer and patient experiences from start to finish, while maintaining open communication with the District Manager and upholding corporate and safety standards.

- check_circleManage budgets, supplies, and inventory to meet financial goals
- check_circleRecruit, hire, and retain top talent while creating schedules based on business needs
- check_circleMaintain open communication with the District Manager and provide accurate reporting
- check_circleEnsure the store and facility meet all corporate and safety standards
- check_circleExecute marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives according to brand standards
- check_circleOversee all daily store operations including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, and policy enforcement
Requirements
- verified5+ years of retail experience
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Nice to Have
Supervising experience. Knowledge of the optical industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
