This position is a vital part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) system, a not-for-profit health system operating 14 hospitals. As the largest provider of care in southeastern Kentucky and the third-largest private employer in southern West Virginia, ARH relies on dedicated teams to enhance patient experience and well-being.
In this role, you will report to the Client Executive 1 and lead a team of 17 frontline housekeepers. Your mission is to drive client and patient satisfaction scores while ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will work closely with the Infectious Control department and partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director, and other key hospital leadership members to effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
