About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success. As the Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Manager, you will serve as a results-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact on patients, caregivers, and the community.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations for the radiology department, ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times. You will direct, supervise, and mentor staff while performing radiology procedures that require independent judgment and responsibility. Your day will involve resolving team conflicts, coaching staff on performance, and acting as a patient advocate to ensure a safe environment even when resources are stretched.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the department, approving timekeeping and supply orders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. By maintaining proficiency in all areas of radiology and utilizing hospital computer systems for billing and charging, you will help eliminate unnecessary interventions and decrease waste in supplies and equipment. You will also serve as a resource person, educating staff and maintaining your own clinical skills to support the department's mission.

Requirements
- verifiedFive years radiology experience
- verifiedTwo years supervisory experience
- verifiedCompletion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology
- verifiedCurrent Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- verifiedCertified Radiology Tech (CRT)
Nice to Have
Multi-modality hospital experience and prior management experience.
