About the Role
Are you a results-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact on patients, caregivers, and your community? We are seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success as the Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Manager.
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the radiology department, managing day-to-day activities while ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care. You will act as both a clinical expert and a strategic leader, performing complex radiology procedures that require independent judgment while simultaneously directing, supervising, and mentoring staff. Your day will involve balancing the technical demands of radiology equipment and billing systems with the human elements of team building, conflict resolution, and patient advocacy.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to decrease waste, and implementing strategies that enhance patient care and department efficiency. As a first-line coach, you will provide feedback and counseling to staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. This position requires a unique blend of clinical proficiency and managerial acumen to ensure smooth departmental operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
- verifiedFive years radiology experience
- verifiedTwo years supervisory experience
- verifiedCompletion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology
- verifiedCurrent Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- verifiedCertified Radiology Tech (CRT)
Nice to Have
Multi-modality hospital experience and prior management experience.
