About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee all Service and Parts activities at our Antioch dealership. This role is pivotal for driving financial health and continued growth while leading operations across one shift, with a second shift to be added. You will partner with Sales leadership to ensure targets are met and collaborate with the COO to develop performance measures and forecasts. Beyond operational leadership, you will actively engage in fixed operation sales opportunities, coordinate inventory controls, and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements. This position offers the chance to build vendor relationships, manage facility maintenance, and lead a team dedicated to moving vehicles efficiently through the shop while exceeding customer expectations.
