Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is seeking Process Designers in Denver, CO, to support the development of detailed design and construction documents for water and wastewater treatment plants. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering concepts and physical reality by creating sketches, electronic models, and engineering calculations that drive project execution.
Your day-to-day involves performing hydraulic calculations using industry-standard and proprietary software to specify critical equipment such as pumps, compressors, separators, and heat exchangers. You will collaborate closely with Controls Engineers to define control philosophies and develop cause-and-effect charts, ensuring seamless integration between process design and operational logic. Additionally, you will assist in drafting technical equipment specifications and attend project coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants to keep projects on track.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with the flexibility to telecommute up to 5 days a week. While the role is based in Denver, occasional travel to various locations throughout the US (up to 10%) may be required.
Interested candidates should email their CV to HRApply@Stantec.com with "Process Designer" specified in the subject line. The application deadline is August 1st, 2026.
