You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our shelves are stocked, our floors are spotless, and our customers have a positive shopping experience. From the moment you clock in, you will be actively engaged in keeping the store running smoothly, whether you are indoors managing inventory or outdoors maintaining our grounds.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of physical tasks, including unloading and staging products, cleaning restrooms, and sweeping walkways. You will work closely with your manager to handle various duties that keep our store in top condition. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active work and takes satisfaction in seeing the immediate results of their efforts.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be required to successfully complete all necessary certification testing upon employment. Additionally, all offers of employment are subject to a successful completion of a criminal background check. Specific requirements for background checks and additional certifications vary by state:
- Kansas: Offers are contingent on background checks and compliance with state laws regarding felonies and crimes involving morals or furnishing alcohol to minors.
- New Mexico: Offers are conditional on background checks and the issuance of an alcohol server's certificate within 30 days.
- Oklahoma: Offers are subject to background checks, completion of an ABLE Commission approved training program, and issuance of an employee's license within 14 days.
