Customer Service and Sales Associates serve as the frontline of our retail experience, dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service by actively engaging with customers to understand and meet their needs. This role is designed to empower associates to become product experts, utilizing our internal tools to provide comprehensive information that helps customers complete entire projects.
In this position, you will master the full sales cycle: greeting customers, qualifying their needs, recommending solutions, and closing the sale within your assigned department. You will also gain familiarity with the basics of adjacent departments to provide seamless support. Beyond sales, you play a critical role in maintaining the store's environment by ensuring your assigned areas remain in-stock, clean, shop-able, and safe.
Safety is a shared responsibility. You will be expected to follow all safety policies and standards, complete required training, and immediately address or report any hazards to the Manager on Duty. Your actions help ensure a safe working and shopping environment for yourself, co-workers, vendors, and customers.
