About the Role
As a Grooming Salon Leader, you will lead salon operations and your team while delivering expert grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is designed for experienced groomers with proven technical expertise and leadership skills who are passionate about growing a team and making a real difference.
In this position, you will ensure a positive experience for our partners and exceptional care for every pet, leaving them looking and feeling their best. You will balance the creative and technical aspects of grooming with the operational demands of running a salon, from optimizing schedules and managing inventory to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Whether you are performing expert-level grooming services or coaching entry-level trainees, your passion for people and pets will be the driving force behind the salon's success.

Requirements
