About the Role

As a General Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will join a local and regional team dedicated to upholding the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart Stores. Operating under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager, you will execute routine maintenance tasks and adhere to established schedules.

Your day will involve utilizing multiple craft skills—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling—to maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets. You will use the work order management system to receive reactive repair requests, provide prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls, and conduct inspections to diagnose issues. This role is essential to ensuring our fast-paced environment remains safe and welcoming for associates and customers alike.
