We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Gelato, Ice Cream, and Sorbet Maker to join our production team. This role is at the heart of our kitchen, where you will prepare, mix, and freeze high-quality frozen desserts. You will be responsible for scaling and mixing ingredients according to established recipes, operating ice cream machines and batch freezers, and monitoring the freezing process to ensure perfect texture and consistency.
Beyond production, you will play a key role in quality control, performing checks on taste and texture while maintaining strict adherence to HACCP and FDA food safety guidelines. You will also assist in inventory tracking and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. We encourage you to experiment with new flavors and contribute ideas for seasonal creations under the guidance of our Production Manager.
