Advanced Professional Security (APS) is a black- and minority-owned local business serving premier clients in the Denver and Phoenix areas. We are not a large corporation and have no intentions of becoming one. Our culture is built on integrity, respect, and a commitment to our community, with a workforce that includes over 20% veterans.
As a Full-Time Security Field Supervisor, you will lead from the front, supporting daily operations for current and future accounts. Your primary mission is to ensure site coverage and facilitate clear, respectful communication between employees and clients while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
In this role, you will conduct regular visits to monitor performance, address operational issues, and adjust staffing as needed. You will oversee post inspections to ensure a professional image and proper uniform attire, while also training new employees on post responsibilities and emergency responses. You will be the first point of contact for personnel concerns, payroll issues, and client emergencies, acting decisively to secure replacements or stand post when necessary.
We are looking for an ideal candidate who is observant, composed under pressure, and possesses unwavering integrity and self-discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure both our employees and clients receive immediate assistance and the care they deserve.
We offer competitive pay reflective of your skills and experience, along with a range of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity coverage. Employees are paid bi-weekly and have access to professional development opportunities through our internal trainers and third-party vendors.
This role will remain open until our ideal candidate is hired. Compensation conversations begin at $25.00/hour.
APS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment. We expect every member of our community to cultivate an environment where everyone feels included, respected, and afforded dignity. Decisions related to hiring, compensating, training, evaluating performance, or terminating are made fairly. We examine our unconscious biases and strive to create an inclusive environment that makes every employee and candidate feel welcome.
