As a Retail Sales Representative with Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, you will represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers' wireless needs. This role is designed for those who thrive in a team environment, working together to meet both personal and company goals while delivering exceptional service.
In this position, you will be the face of the store, greeting customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them toward the right technology solutions. Your day will involve engaging in service selling, right-fitting customers with appropriate plans, and assisting with activations, bill payments, and equipment replacements. Beyond the sales floor, you will participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business through community involvement and outreach, ensuring the store's appearance and operations meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
