About the Role
We are looking for individuals with a passion for serving others to join our front desk team. As the Night Auditor, you will be the hub of the hotel during the 11pm - 7am shift, playing a critical role in the overall guest experience. Because the department operates 24/7, every front desk role is vital, but the night shift carries unique responsibility as you work with minimal management supervision.
In this position, you are essential for closing out the business day, managing check-ins and check-outs during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity or weather-related issues. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive, and caring will make all the difference.
