As a Nutrition & Food Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for the general operation of the dish room and serving areas, ensuring the preparation, inventory, and service of hot and cold foods. Your work will directly impact the quality of customer meals, from snack and meal preparation to assembly, service, and cleanup. You will also assist with catering functions, including assembly, set-up, delivery, and retrieval of necessary items, while maintaining strict adherence to quality assurance records and OSHA guidelines.
