About the Role

This position is designed for a team member who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to grow their career. You will be the backbone of our store operations, responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring your team processes merchandise efficiently and effectively. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing the flow of goods onto the sales floor, ensuring that the store remains organized, clean, and ready for our customers.

Beyond logistics, you will be a role model for exceptional customer service, engaging with every shopper to create a positive internal and external experience. You will mentor and train associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and safety. By maintaining strict adherence to organizational standards and collaborating closely with management, you will help drive the store's success and support our goals for shrink reduction and operational excellence.
