The Front Office Coordinator & Administrative Assistant serves as the welcoming face and organizational force behind our brand. This role is essential to the day-to-day flow of the clinic, ensuring that every patient interaction is seamless and professional. You will thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where your passion for beauty and wellness translates into exceptional service.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with enthusiasm and maintaining an inviting front office. Your day will involve managing the rhythm of the clinic, from triaging office activity and coordinating appointments to handling sensitive patient data and supporting our leadership team. Whether you are processing payments, preparing clinical photographs, or managing e-commerce inventory, your attention to detail ensures our operations run smoothly.
