About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will facilitate the efficient and timely entry of patients into the office setting, greeting them in a professional manner and ensuring they have the appropriate literature and forms. You will support the front office business administrators and the Office Manager by managing patient records, handling frequent telephone communications for outreach and scheduling, and setting up new patient charts. Additionally, you will assist with screening patients and employees upon entry, rooming patients, and maintaining a clean environment by sanitizing areas and adhering to safety guidelines.
