About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with our User Experience team to create eye-popping, user-friendly, and super intuitive online applications. You will be part of an agile team that includes product, marketing, and project management, collaborating to influence and create amazing online experiences.

This role is designed for those ready to be disruptive and interesting in the commerce space. Beyond daily development, you will participate in hack-a-thons, partner with universities on innovation events, and contribute to our famed Stamford Innovation Station. You will bring ideas on how to do things differently, own your career and destiny, and help define the industry standard.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility. At Synchrony, our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
