About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with our User Experience team to create eye-popping, user-friendly, and super intuitive online applications. You will partner with product, marketing, and project management as one agile team to influence and collaborate on creating amazing online experiences.

This role is for those ready to be disruptive and interesting in the commerce space. You will participate in hack-a-thons, partner with universities on innovation events, and work with our famed Stamford Innovation Station to bring fresh ideas on how to do things differently. You will own your career and destiny, defining the impact you have on the industry.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility. At Synchrony, our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
