This position serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, blending front-desk customer service with clinical support. The role exists to ensure a seamless patient experience from the moment they arrive until they are seen by a provider. You will act as a bridge between administrative efficiency and compassionate care, managing the flow of the clinic while assisting clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care.
In this hybrid capacity, you will handle essential front-desk duties such as registering patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and collecting payments within the Electronic Medical Records system. Simultaneously, you will function as a Medical Assistant, preparing examination rooms, performing clinical tasks like vital signs and lab tests, and supporting clinicians during patient visits. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our patient population.
