About the Role
As a Front Desk Supervisor at our Avid Van Horn location, you will be the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our guests from check-in through check-out. You will occupy the lobby and public areas, representing the General Manager when absent and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Your day will involve managing guest complaints promptly, supporting the Night Auditor with accounting duties, and producing nightly reports. You will act as a liaison between departments, communicating special requests, early or late departures, and room changes. Above all, you will uphold the highest standards of security, fire, health, and safety regulations while serving your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner.

To successfully fill this role, candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-level customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry and proficiency with IT systems are advantageous.
