About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our guests and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Whether working the mid-shift or evening-shift, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guest services, managing the flow of operations to create a welcoming environment.
Your day will involve acting as the hub of communication between departments, informing teams of special requests, early or late departures, and room changes. You will support the Night Auditor with accounting duties, produce nightly reports, and ensure all guest complaints are managed, recorded, and resolved promptly. Beyond daily operations, you will act in accordance with all security, fire, health, and safety regulations, managing the instigation of these procedures as required. We also encourage every team member to serve their role and the team in an environmentally conscious manner.
Hiring Process
To successfully fill this role, we look for individuals who maintain a positive attitude, excellent grooming standards, and a commitment to delivering high-level customer service. Candidates with two years of front desk experience, knowledge of the hospitality industry, high IT proficiency, and the ability to speak and understand Spanish are particularly advantageous. We offer a flexible work schedule accommodating both day and night shifts to meet the needs of our guests and our team.
