About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our Guests and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Whether working the mid-shift or evening-shift, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guest services, managing complaints, coordinating special requests, and maintaining seamless communication across all hotel departments.
Your role is vital to the hotel's operations, requiring you to support the Night Auditor with accounting duties, produce nightly reports, and ensure strict adherence to security, fire, health, and safety regulations. We encourage you to serve your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
Hiring Process
