About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is critical in shaping the guest experience from check-in through check-out, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. You will work across mid-shift and evening shifts, collaborating closely with the Night Auditor and other departments to manage guest services, resolve complaints, and handle special requests with care and efficiency.
Beyond guest interactions, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our property by adhering to all fire, health, and safety regulations and emergency procedures. You are also expected to serve your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner, contributing to our sustainability goals.
