About the Role
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn, TX, you will be the face of our hotel, contributing to the first impressions of our guests from check-in through check-out. You will occupy the lobby and public areas, representing the General Manager when absent and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
In this mid-shift and evening-shift role, you will manage guest complaints, coordinate with the Night Auditor on accounting duties, and produce nightly reports. You will act as a liaison between departments regarding special requests, early or late departures, and room changes. Your presence ensures that security, emergency, fire, health, and safety procedures are followed to the highest standards. We also expect you to serve your role and team in an environmentally conscious manner.
