About the Role
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn, TX, you will be the face of our hotel during mid-shift and evening operations. Your presence in the lobby and public areas sets the tone for the guest experience, ensuring that every interaction from check-in to check-out is exceptional. You serve as the representative of the General Manager in their absence, managing security and emergency procedures while ensuring all guest complaints are resolved promptly.
This role is a collaborative effort where you will support the Night Auditor with accounting duties, produce nightly reports, and maintain seamless communication across all hotel departments regarding special requests and room changes. You are expected to uphold the highest standards of service while acting in an environmentally conscious manner.
