About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a polished, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in Sparta, NJ, as a Front Desk Receptionist / Operations Support. This is far more than a traditional receptionist position; the right person will become an important part of our daily operations and have a real opportunity for long-term career growth within the company.\n You will be positioned at the center of company operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients, architects, builders, vendors, and visitors. Your role involves connecting sales, production, shipping, and customer communication to ensure the front office operates efficiently. You will assist with shipping coordination, freight paperwork, order tracking, and internal job coordination while supporting the sales team with proposals and project follow-ups.
