Burn Boot Camp South Lakeland is dedicated to building a vibrant community through high-energy, 45-minute workouts that change every day. We operate six days a week, offering a unique fitness experience where no two workouts are ever the same. Our mission centers on providing exceptional member experiences, supported by universal memberships, free childwatch services, and one-on-one focus meetings.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist (Front Desk) or a Childwatch Specialist. These part-time roles are designed for those who love fitness, community, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment filled with music and energy.
As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our gym, ensuring every member feels welcomed and encouraged. Your day will involve managing front-of-house operations, maintaining the facility to our high standards, and actively promoting our memberships and fitness products. You will also handle communication with current and prospective members via email, text, and phone calls.
The Childwatch Specialist role focuses on creating a safe and engaging environment for children while their parents work out. This position requires a genuine love for interacting with kids and the ability to maintain a fun, supervised atmosphere during morning and evening shifts.
