As a Medical Receptionist and Front Office Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional administrative support in a healthcare environment.
Your day will involve greeting patients and visitors warmly, managing phone systems effectively, and scheduling appointments to optimize clinic operations. You will handle patient check-ins, including taking vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and O2 stats, as well as verifying medication lists. Following visits, you will assist with check-outs by providing information and reviewing testing and supplement recommendations.
Beyond administrative duties like filing and data entry, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication within the office. We are especially looking for someone who can infuse creativity into our social media platforms while maintaining accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
