About the Role
As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, you will be a key member of our administrative staff, playing a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our clinics. This position is designed for individuals passionate about healthcare who excel at supporting medical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences. You will serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients in person and over the phone, while managing the logistical backbone of our practice through accurate record-keeping, scheduling, and billing coordination.
