As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our studio, serving as the primary point of contact for our community. This role exists to ensure a seamless experience for every client, from their first inquiry to their monthly billing needs. You will manage the front desk, handle all booking and account communications via email and text, and drive sales by executing the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
Your day will involve managing the boutique area and inventory, maintaining studio cleanliness, and overseeing maintenance. You will also play a key operational role by assisting with instructor scheduling, processing payroll data, and managing cash drawers and credit card sales. This position requires a blend of customer service excellence, sales acumen, and operational precision to support the owners and the wider team.
We are committed to setting you up for success with a comprehensive, hands-on training program. Before taking on full duties, you will undergo a 5-10 day shadowing period led by experienced front desk leads or managers. This is followed by a 3-6 day training period (occurring for a couple of hours post or pre-yoga sessions) where you will receive instruction on our POS system, scheduling, inventory management, and sales processes.
Please note that this training period is unpaid; however, as a token of appreciation for your commitment, you will have the opportunity to attend our invigorating yoga classes in exchange for your training time. Once you feel confident in your abilities, you will begin working independently, with the option to consult with Helen from Wellness Living for any troubleshooting or queries. Upon completion of training, you will submit necessary W-2 forms to our payroll company, with payments issued by the 7th of every month.
