About the Role

We are seeking a Senior B2B Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for a professional with a proven book of business and deep experience in durable goods. You will be ready to own key commercial accounts, scale new partnerships, and lead strategic growth initiatives across SWCORP's expanding B2B footprint.

The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering results quickly while bringing both tactical execution and big-picture thinking to the sales team. You will serve as the internal voice of high-value clients, bringing structure to long-term relationship management and collaborating with leadership on pipeline strategy and margin optimization. This position offers executive exposure with a clear path to senior leadership within an entrepreneurial culture where you can lead and make change happen.
