About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and discrete bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth patient experience, requiring an individual with excellent organizational and administrative skills who can thrive in a dynamic setting.
In this position, you will greet patients both in person and over the phone, verify insurance benefits, and schedule appointments with precision. You will work closely with doctors and staff, assisting with admissions and treatment protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess superb time management and record-keeping abilities, capable of multitasking effectively under pressure and reacting calmly to patient emergencies.
